What to do before you move into your place?

Congradulations on your new home. Before you move into the unit, please make sure of the followings: 

If you are moving into a Condo/Apartment:

1. Make sure you read the building bylaws and instructions.

2. Make sure you have tenants insurance and provide your insurance documents to us. 

3. If you have furniture to move in, make sure you let us or the building manager know about your moving date and time. They need to lock and cover an elevator for you. This will first help you to have an smooth moving by having an evelvator assigned to you. 

4. Make sure you ask the building manager/Concierge if there is a designated loading/unloading space for moving. 

5. If you have internet service installation, please make sure to let the building management know before scheduling the installation.
